Question: How do I reset my password?

Answer:

I. Having Trouble Logging In? This article contains help for the following  Institutions/Applications:

 A. American Radio Relay League

 1. If you have forgotten your ARRL website password, go to http://www.arrl.org and click on "forgot password" at the top of the page.

2. To reset your password, return to the ARRL website at http://www.arrl.org, log in an at the top of the page click on "edit your profile."

3. To enter an ARRL course on the Moodle platform: While logged into ARRL's website go to the student history page http://www.arrl.org/student-course-history/ where you will find a button to enter a course in which you are enrolled.

B. University of Bridgeport

Forgotten password: If for some reason you cannot log in to your myUB account, you will be able to retrieve it via the forgot password link.

1. Go to http://www.bridgeport.edu/myub and click on the "change your password" link.

2. Enter the information and click "Change Password".

3. If you do not know your UBNet username, click on the "Click Here" link located in the second paragraph.

4. Enter the information and click "Continue". You will now be given the option to change your password.

C. Charter Oak State College

Username: If your name is John Smith your email address will be jsmith@charteroak.edu

Password: If your name is John Smith and your student I.D. number is 123456

Your password is defaulted to Jo123456S

Initially, your password should be the same for ACORN, WebMail, and Blackboard. If you reset your password for one of these systems, then that password will be different from the others. 

 What are you trying to login to?

 1. Blackboard

 a. To reset your Blackboard password, you will need to click on the “Forget Your Password?” link.

b. You will have to provide information in one of the two sections available to reset your password. Only fill in one section, if you fill in both you will receive an error message. When you are done, click "Submit".

This will generate an email sent to the email account associated with your Blackboard profile. The email will have instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions to have your password reset.

 2. Webmail

 To reset your webmail password you will need to login to the CTDLC Support Center and create a ticket (http://esupport.ctdlc.org/support/) Or call us at toll free at 1-866-462-8352 to let us know you are unable to login. Please provide your full name and student ID number.

 3. Acorn

 a. To reset your Acorn password, you will need to enter your username then click the “I forgot my password” link.

This will generate an email sent to your Webmail account. The email will have instructions on how to reset your password.

Note:If you do not yet have a Charter Oak email account, this option will not work for you and you will need to contact us at 1-866-462-8352 or you can email us at support@ctdlc.org.

D. Connecticut Virtual High Schools

Students from the CTVHS schools will always use the same username and password they user to login to the www.ctvhs.org site for the Blackboard Site. If you are unsure what these are please see the steps below on how to reset your password.

Adult Virtual High School:

1. Click on the “Forgot My Username/Password?” link.

2. Enter in your email address, and hit "Send".

CT Virtual Learning:

1. Click the "Forgot My Username / Password" link.

2. Enter your email address, and hit "Send".

E. Goodwin College

 Username: gw _ id number

Password: id number

 1. To reset your Blackboard password you will need to click on the “Forgot password?” link.

2. Fill out 1 of the options and hit the "Submit" button.

This will generate an email sent to the email account associated with your Blackboard profile. The email will have instructions on how to reset your password.

 F. St. Joseph College

 Username: If your name is John Smith your username will be jsmith@sjc.edu

 Password: is your 5 or 6 digit ID number.

 To reset your Blackboard password, you will need to click on the “Forgot password?” link

This will generate an email sent to the email account associated with your Blackboard profile. The email will have instructions on how to reset your password.

 G. eTutoring Institutions

 1. To reset your eTutoring password, you must select the Consortium that you are enrolled with eTutoring with and then select your Institution.

2. Once you have chosen your school, click on the "Forgot Password?" link located under the password box.

3. Provide your school email address and click "Submit". This will generate an email sent to the email account associated with your account. The email will have instructions on how to reset your password.

 H. Bay Path College

 1. To reset your Angel Learning password, click the “I forgot my password” link, located on the left hand menu.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click the "Submit" button.

This will send an email containing instructions on how to reset your password.

I. St. Vincent’s College

User name: The system used to create students, courses and handle enrollments generally creates usernames as your last name of your student ID, ex: Smith12345. However, if you have an apostrophe in your last name, it has been replaced with an underscore, ex: O'Brien would be O_Brien12345. Also, if you have a hyphenated last name or a space between two last names, a hyphen has been added, ex. Smith-Clarke would be Smith-Clarke12345.


Password: For first time users, the password is the word "password". You will be prompted to change it the first time you sign on. If you already have a password from a previous semester, the password has not changed.

1. If you don't remember your password, click the "I forgot my password" button under the sign on area and it will be emailed to you.

2. Enter your email address.

3. An email will be sent to the email address provided. This email you will have instructions on how to change your password.

J. Wheelock College

2. Enter your email address and click "OK".

If an e-mail address is not specified for your account or you did not set up a secret question and answer, contact your Section Instructor or Learning System Administrator for assistance with accessing your account.
