Question: What is the policy for Mobile Learn?
Blackboard has a Mobile app which is registered and configured on the CTDLC Blackboard servers (currently COSC, UB and BB10 - shared). Users will also need to install an app on their phone in order to view content published via Blackboard Mobile. CTDLC is not supporting the app directly. We will make sure the building block is installed and configured in the Blackboard server, but we cannot support the mobile app since it relies on content provided by the cellular carriers (via their app store) and Blackboard, Inc. Once we confirm that the block is configured in Blackboard, the user would have to resolve any issues with the app through the carrier or Blackboard support directly since they are responsible for publishing and maintaining the app.
