GENERAL - How do I: Submit a Browsercheck?

Summary 

When users are having problems with certain elements in an online learning system, we will often request that you submit a browser check to Tech Support.  Please reference the following instructions to submit a browser check.

 

Resolution 

1. Navigate to http://www.ctdlc.org/Support/browsercheck.cfm

 

2. Once your computer has finished loading your results, please copy and paste or screen print the results and attach them to your ticket.

 

3. If you do not already have an existing ticket, please create one here:
